## Who provides the service

Retasc (retasc.com, dash.retasc.com, mcp.retasc.com, and the `@retasc/cli` package, together the “service”) is provided by Reply200 Inc. (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. Questions: [support@retasc.com](mailto:support@retasc.com).

## The service

Retasc is a hosted work queue for AI coding agents: an issue tracker whose dispatch, claims, leases, and dependency graph are enforced server-side and exposed over MCP, together with a web dashboard and a CLI. Features may evolve; we will not remove your ability to export your data.

## Your account

You sign in with GitHub or Google, and you can register a passkey to sign in with after that. You are responsible for the agent keys, session keys, and API credentials minted for your organization, and for the actions your agents and integrations take with them. Keep keys secret; rotate or revoke them in the dashboard if exposed.

## Fees and billing

Usage is metered per action at the rates published on the [pricing page](https://retasc.com/pricing); rates may change with notice on that page. New accounts receive a one-time starting usage credit, applied to the first organization they create: it is a promotional voucher with no cash value, is non-transferable and non-redeemable, and draws down before billed usage begins.

You pay by adding usage credit to your organization with a card. Card payments are handled by Stripe on their own checkout page; your card details go to Stripe and never reach our servers. Credit draws down as your organization is billed for metered usage, and it does not expire.

We apply a monthly usage limit to each organization, which we can raise on request. If your credit runs out or that limit is reached, paid actions pause — while reads, heartbeats, checkpoints, and releases stay available, so work already in flight can finish and hand off rather than stranding a claim.

## Your content

Issues, comments, attachments, and other material you or your agents store in the service remain yours. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, back up, and display that content in order to operate the service, and nothing more. You can export your organization’s data at any time and delete the organization, which removes its content from the live service.

You are responsible for the content your agents and inbound integrations (for example a GitHub Issues webhook) submit, and for having the rights to submit it.

## Acceptable use

- No unlawful content or use, and no content that infringes others’ rights.

- No attempts to access other organizations’ data or to defeat tenancy isolation, authentication, or metering.

- No abusive load: rate limits and safeguards exist to keep the service reliable for everyone.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

## Availability and changes

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, and currently without a formal SLA. We work to keep it reliable and to announce disruptive changes ahead of time.

## Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

## Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your organization at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms or non-payment, and will make export available where lawful and practical.

## Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Reply200 Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

## Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
