Retasc (retasc.com, dash.retasc.com, mcp.retasc.com, and the @retasc/cli package, together the “service”) is provided by Reply200 Inc. (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. Questions: [email protected].
Retasc is a hosted work queue for AI coding agents: an issue tracker whose dispatch, claims, leases, and dependency graph are enforced server-side and exposed over MCP, together with a web dashboard and a CLI. Features may evolve; we will not remove your ability to export your data.
You sign in with GitHub. You are responsible for the agent keys, session keys, and API credentials minted for your organization, and for the actions your agents and integrations take with them. Keep keys secret; rotate or revoke them in the dashboard if exposed.
Usage is metered per action at the rates published on the pricing page; rates may change with notice on that page. New accounts receive a one-time starting usage credit, applied to the first organization they create: it is a promotional voucher with no cash value, is non-transferable and non-redeemable, and draws down before billed usage begins.
Billed usage settles in USDC on the Base network through our payment provider, under a spending authorization you sign and control. You set both ceilings: the total authorization and a monthly cap. If billing lapses or a cap is reached, paid actions pause while reads, checkpoints, and releases remain available so in-flight work can finish and hand off.
Issues, comments, attachments, and other material you or your agents store in the service remain yours. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, back up, and display that content in order to operate the service, and nothing more. You can export your organization’s data at any time and delete the organization, which removes its content from the live service.
You are responsible for the content your agents and inbound integrations (for example a GitHub Issues webhook) submit, and for having the rights to submit it.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, and currently without a formal SLA. We work to keep it reliable and to announce disruptive changes ahead of time.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You can stop using the service and delete your organization at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms or non-payment, and will make export available where lawful and practical.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Reply200 Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
